I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Certified Master’s Level Addiction Professional, an Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, EMDR trained therapist, Imago trained therapist, as well as Gottman trained couples therapist. My experience with inpatient mental health, department of juvenile justice, residential treatment, trauma-informed treatment, and substance abuse services equips me to provide a comprehensive approach to each client.

I enjoy working collaboratively with those suffering from depression, anxiety, grief and loss, addiction, unresolved trauma, the effects of physical, emotional or sexual abuse, codependency, stress related problems, anger management, relationship conflicts as well as everyday life adjustments. Regardless of the problem, I believe that the most important aspect of a positive experience in therapy is finding trust and acceptance in the therapeutic relationship.
